Ajman One
Government Services App (UAE)
React Native · TypeScript · REST APIs · HAJT E-Payment
Delivered the official Ajman Port & Customs (APCD) module for the AjmanOne UAE government super-app, digitizing 50+ maritime, customs, and trade services and migrating legacy counter-based workflows to mobile.
- Orchestrated a custom Finite State Machine (FSM) using React useReducer and custom hooks to manage multi-step payment lifecycles, including pre-payment, gateway validation, and backend workflow triggers, ensuring controlled execution and preventing race conditions.
- Created a config-driven, modular React Native architecture using TypeScript, the Strategy pattern, reusable abstractions, and DRY principles to enable scalable dynamic UI rendering across multiple government services.
- Streamlined payment workflows using service-layer hooks, Facade, and Builder patterns, integrating government APIs with the HAJT E-Payment gateway for dynamic payload construction and secure transaction processing.
- Strengthened production builds against reverse engineering by implementing a post-build JavaScript obfuscation pipeline using `javascript-obfuscator`, including control-flow flattening and dead-code injection to protect sensitive client logic and API integrations.
- Packaged the APCD module as a private NPM library and integrated it into the main AjmanOne mobile application.
- Supported the phased delivery of government services across multiple batches, working with government backend systems and legacy infrastructure to improve digital adoption and transaction processing efficiency.
